Hi! My Name Is Lucky

We adopted Lucky from the Humane Society of Ray County. He was close to 4 months old when we got him. I’d say I was the sucker that decided to get him because I felt so bad for him being at that shelter. My husband wasn’t 100% on board. After getting him we noticed how weird/scared/standoffish he was with new people. (Though he did not display this when we saw him at the shelter!). He eventually warms up to new people, especially if treats are involved. He is very sweet and gentle natured. He doesn’t bark unless it’s to alarm us of him seeing/hearing something or to use the bathroom. He doesn’t get walked very often but when he does he seems to enjoy it, but pulls on the leash.
