Barbie is a sweet German Shepherd girl who loves attention and needs some TLC in her life. She was in a kill shelter and is a little skinny and could use some weight and muscle tone. She is possesive of her crate towards other dogs and will guard her food bowl from other dogs. She seems fine with cats so far and was afraid of my horses. Barbie does know how to sit and speak and appears to be both crate trained and housebroken. She has been spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, and tested negative for heartworms. Update: Barbie now knows how to lay down and is loving the other dogs. She likes to run around a wrestle with the dogs. She LOVES kids and will give them kisses. 10-16-07 update: Barbie got to go on her first free romp through the pastures with me and one of my other dogs. She did great, stayed within eye sight of me and ignored the horses. She does seem to be interested in the water and ran into the pond a few times during the run.
