Bear is a gorgeous three year old Bronze Newfie boy. He is up to date on all of his shots, and was neutered in 05. Bear is currently being evaluated. Bear is a sweet boy who prefers, but does not need another dog. He can be playful at times, other times, just wants YOUR affection and wants to please you. He is learning some commands now, and somewhat has learned to sit. He jumps up, but not ON me. He is ok with my daughter, but given his fear of kids, I'd prefer to put him in a home with older kids. Will you consider making your home, his? His PAST: Bear belonged to an older couple that found him hard to handle, so they kept him kenneled in their backyard for 2 years. We think Bear may have been teased or taunted by kids passing by (the lived on a corner lot), as he is fearful of new men and children. A kind couple bought him ad after his previous owners had him listed for sale for $50.00 in a local paper. They turned him over to us. Bear had no previous obedience training or socialization.
