Edna is around 9-10 years old. She is a lover with people and good with other dogs. Edna had a sad life before being found by animal control. From what I've been told she was found dragging a chain and tangled in a fence behind an abandoned business. She was emaciated. She hadn't known much kindness and was heartworm positive.She has beaten the odds. She survived her heartworm treatment and is doing good! We had an echocardiogram done on her because our vet was worried about her heart and the results were ok. Her heart is slightly enlarged and she has an enlarged artery but since the worms are gone she won't get any worse. So she's OK! She loves her crate and LOVES food. She is very food motivated.Edna is good with other dogs, but she can be possessive of food and bedding, especially at first, when it comes to other dogs. With people she is just a love bug. She just wants to be fed, cuddled, and given a soft place to sleep.
