Heidi is a beautiful miniature Australian shepherd. She spent much of her life in a commercial breeding facility, so she’s still learning to trust people – especially men. Once she decides you’re ok, she’s friendly and affectionate. Heidi loves belly rubs, sharing a banana for breakfast and racing around the back yard. She’s not a high energy dog and only barks to welcome her foster mom home, so she’d be fine in an apartment. She’ll need a patient owner to continue working on house training and trust. Heidi has learned so much since leaving the breeding facility and she's trying to let go of her past, but she needs your help to continue to improve. Heidi likes a quiet household, rambunctious people and loud noises frighten her. Heidi is spayed, vaccinated, tested negative for heartworms, and is microchipped. Heidi's adoption fee is $350.
