Lucy is the sweetest dog you'll ever meet. She loves everyone, is good with other dogs, and ignores cats. Lucy truly LOVES to give hugs! Please watch her video. She was at the Kansas City Shelter as a stray and no one ever claimed her. Everyone who has met this girl has fallen in love. She will make a great pet for anyone.
