Miracle Miles got his name because it's a miracle he is around. We found him standing in the middle of a country highway in the dark of night. Traffic nearly hit him and us while we were trying to get him to come to us or get out of the road. He was trying to look at each car as they went by. We believe this poor fellow was abandoned out in the country. While he wasn't wearing a collar, the fur around his neck was flat...you could tell he'd been wearing a collar before.
Miles turned out to be highly heartworm positive. Our vet felt maybe that's why someone abandoned him. :( He's been treated and he's doing GREAT. This boy is so much fun, so much love, and so very smart. He's a dog who WANTS to please his people. He loves having his photo taken. He's such a good dog. We want him to find an amazing home!
