Remy

Hi! My Name Is Remy

We're happy to tell you that Remy has a new furever home.
Please visit our Available Dogs Page to see the pups currently available.
Remy is a 5 month old girl breeder surrender, looking for a home of her own. She has been vet checked and all is good. She gets along with other dogs and kids. She is being fostered in the St. Louis, MO area. Here is what her foster mom says about her; Remy is so sweet and loving...she rarely barks, loves to play with Turbo (even though Turbo is too old to play back), and is trying to learn new commands (sit, down). She cracks us up because she loves water and enjoys sitting right underneath our backyard waterfall! Even though she is not kept on a leash constantly (and does not have an invisible fence collar like Turbo), she always stays in the yard. We have never had to chase after her! In fact, the way she stays so close to Kate makes us think of Kate as Little Bo Peep and Remy as her little lamb! Potty training is progressing...still a few tinkle accidents when she gets excited. Remy has claimed a squeaky snake as her favorite toy, and will sometimes fetch a tennis ball (when its not too hot to play outside). She sleeps next to Kate (or should I say that Kate sleeps next to her...since Remy is not inclined to take the stairs), and is just a good-hearted puppy. We love having her...wet, slobbery kisses and all! If you are interested in adopting please fill out our online application: http://members.petfinder.com/~KS87/application.html. The adoption fee is: $450 and includes the vaccines, microchip, and deworming Because she, as an extra large breed, it too young to spay, she requires a spay deposit of $100 which is refunded upon proof of her spay when she is old enough.Autumn Acres is a no kill animal rescue. When we have space, we take in all breeds and all types of dogs. We rely on foster homes and donations in order to keep being able to help the animals. Please consider fostering a dog or donating what you can. We can always use donations of blankets, towels, beds, toys, shampoo, brushes, dog bowls, crates, and treats/rawhides. If you can afford to please consider making a monetary donation via the paypal link below. We are a 501c3 organization and we are also state licensed as a non-profit animal rescue.
