Teddy and his brother Rocky were owner surrendered. They were not socialized to people and hadn't been exposed to much outside of their home. They are very leery of new people and have stranger danger issues as well. They need to go to a home willing to give them the time to adjust and who will understand that these 2 boys are not social butterflies. They would prefer to just be with their family and not go to to dog parks. They need additional work on learning strangers are safe. With us they are friendly, playful, affectionate...but when you meet them they will want to hide, may bark, and try to get away. They did that to us too!! It doesn't take long to become their friend if you just give them a chance.
