Little Toto came from a breeding facility out of state. The facility was shut down and several rescues helped to provide a safety net for the dogs. Toto was one of 4 that came to our program. His adoptable photo was shared so many times thru our Facebook page he quickly found a forever home. Toto has been adopted.
