Wiley has not had stability in his life and he deserves to find that. He needs a home with a 6' high fence OR one willing to walk him on a leash. He's a super sweet boy with people and seems to like children too.
He's learning how to play with other dogs. He has a lot of love to give and if someone would just give him a chance and give him time to learn that you are his new family he'll shine. Can you be that person?
